The Live feed seemed to be working for me when I tested it on an Ultra 4660. (2:10 am MT)
If still not working for you, try the Remove, Restart, Reinstall procedure.
1. Remove the AFTV channel/app
2. Restart the Roku device. (Settings/System/Restart or Settings/System/Power/System Restart)
3. Reinstall the AFTV Channel/app
---
AFTV has a contact us page here https://www.amazingfacts.org/about-us/contact-us that may be best able to address specific issues and questions regarding their channel/app.
AFTV also can be watched Live via their website https://www.amazingfacts.org/media-library and also Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tGH8TcBnEg. If you install Youtube to your Roku device, you then have an additional way to check and to watch in case the AFTV standalone channel/app is having an issue.

Just as a precaution, best not to include personal info like email and phone numbers in a public forum as it invites spam and scammers. You can edit your posting using the three vertical dots near the top right of your original post.
Feel free to post an update if still having issues and post your Roku model. (Settings/System/About).
