Netflix and YouTube won’t load

My Roku factory reset itself and now it’s saying that netflix and YouTube can’t be downloaded or opened because I don’t have enough space. I have tried resetting it, unplugging it, updating it and deleting all other channels and nothing. Please fix

That should never happen. What are the circumstances around this happening?

I'm worried this indicates a severe problem with the Roku, but the circumstances about how this happened may indicate otherwise.
