I can’t find newsmax+ app on roku!

I paid in flu for a complete year of Newsmax+ I went to Roku to watch my new subscription. Now an email I don’t recognize appears. So I went to “use a different email”. I inserted my email and it work for two days even though it knocks me out and makes me sign in every time. Today I went in and same thing, however it says my password is incorrect!!  It is not incorrect!! I timed everything off, rebooted. Now I only get blank gray screen. Obviously no one listened to anything. Will someone please fix this mess???

IT is CONFUSING, I AGREE.  tHEY ASK YOU TO USE YOUR "ROKU" E-MAIL, THEN THEY WANT YOU TO USE YOUR 'NEWSMAX' PASSWORD TO GET BACK IN.

Someone at Newsmax needs to get FIRED!!

I can't get or find the newsmaxplus app on Roku.  Still have newsmax.  Tried to search and also update app and nothing works on Roku.

There is NO "Newsmax Plus" APP!!!  If you don't have the old newsmax app, then search and install first.  You have to go into your old "NEWSMAX" app and highlight it (don't click on it, just highlight it).  Then use the *(options) button to do an 'update'.  Once you update the "older" newsmax app, the new Newsmax APP will open.  It will ask you to put your new login to gain access.  Hope that helps

It doesn't help Donna M. Newsmax is still unavailable to people like me that signed up and provided credit card information over a http (not https) connection.  Have you actually been able to view Newsmax+ on Roku????

Yes I have.  I haven't had a problem since Thurs morning when they updated the APP on ROKU.   I'm not sure about the website you signed up on not being secure.  Honestly, I just clicked their "sign up" link.  When I went there it was secure and still is https://www.newsmaxplus.com/.  Why would you think that the site you signed up with was not secure.  How did you get to that site?  I wouldn't give up.  Keep trying to reach them 800-485-4350.  I've left 2 call back messages and both times I got a callback from them.

I clicked on the link you provided and after a while I got a "good news, I'm signed up" But Roku is a light gray screen - no programing. The link you provided was the same one I originally signed up on - except then it was a http site - now it's https.  Just tried again - on Roku I selected Newsmax and then after 20 seconds I got a Gorka Show screen - clicked on that and... I've been signed out but there's no option to sign back in.  Oh... and Newsmax has neither answered my two day old email request for assistance or my one 1/2 day old request for a call back. So... I'm signed up but when I sign on I get signed off. I can't believe Newsmax will have 10% of its former audience even if by a miracle it started working.

BUT, BUT, BUT...I said, if you get the newsmax app on ROKU, you "highlight it" (DON'T CLICK ON IT).  Once highlighted, then press the * (options) button on your remote, which will give you a menu.  On the menu, click "check for updates".  That will automaticlly go out and get you the "newest" version.  Once that opens for you it will ask you to sign in with your new login.......It sounds to me like you just "clicked" to open Newsmax...not the way to do it...give it a try @Greenie

OK, at 11;30pm (EST) I followed your advice and was able to watch a series of Newsmax commercials and then what might have been Newsmax+ programming. However it's 11:30PM and many Americans are well into the cups (or asleep) at this late hour. We'll see what tomorrow brings - however if I have to go through this rigmarole of signing in every time I switch channels I'll not tolerate paying $4.99 a month. Thanks for your assistance thus far. If it comes around and Newsmax+ is accessible I'll be the first one to give praise.
