MAX app stopped working after about 2 months

The MAX is suddenly asking for a login and/or provider.  I have the MAX app purchased thru the ROKU store,   Still have 4 months left on promo sub per my ROKU account.  What provider do I specify?  What username/password?

Your account is with Roku, not MAX, and linked to your Roku account.  Shouldn't have to log in at all, since the Roku knows who you are.

Are you accessing MAX through The Roku Channel?

Yes.  It always worked until yesterday.  Now ir wants a login.
