Same issue here. I’ve been having some color issues with my 4yr old insignia Roku TV and today I tried to watch some OTA channels over live tv only to discover the same issue everyone else is having. Here’s the kicker! I just drove to Best Buy and purchased a new TCL Roku tv and guess what same issue!!!  I just checked the bedroom tv (also TCL Roku and it’s doing the same thing to. Blank screen on TV guide and no channel showing up! Whatever update Roku just pushed out really messed thing up!

Same issue. Factory reset did not resolve the issue. Occurring on two Separate devices. Information on one of them:

Roku TV 7203X
Sharp Model LC-55LBU591U 
Software version 11.0.0 build 4193-38

Confirmed.. unplugged router. Waited until tv said not connected on top right. Tried again and it went in.

This is my exact problem. I have reset the Roku, updated the software, and restored it to factory settings. Nothing works. No live TV, just that black screen with no channels listed. Does anyone have a solution yet?

Try scanning for channels again. Worked on antenna.

I agree, the new update,  messed up the quality of sound and glitches in the apps.

Thanks for your patience while we investigated the issue.

We believe this issue is now resolved. We would recommend rebooting your Roku TV and then re-scanning for channels again to see if you are still experiencing an issue.

Yes mine is working correctly again as well as the channel naming which was also messed up. Good job!
