I'm in the middle of watching a show. And the volume goes up or down. I have to go skip or fast forward it to work. This has happened since the first day I purchased it. I have tried to resolve it went through all settings and it still occurs. Then of course my device is good enough for live support because I don't pay the monthly fees and didn't purchase the ones for hundreds of dollars. It gets annoying and the way it decides to blare the shows it can and has come close to blowing a speaker. If that happens whose responsible? Me because I purchased a rooku instead of a Amazon fire stick???
