My software is up to date. I have a Crave subscription and would like to watch it using my Roku streaming device. I am located in Canada. I have followed instructions to add a channel but Crave is not listed and does not come up with a search. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix?
I am located in Canada as well, I have a subscription to Crave but I can't log in, I'm not sure its the same problem as you but at any rate I can't watch Crave
@slbdoc, if Crave doesn't come up in a search there's two possibilities that I can think of:
What's the model number of your device displayed under Settings->System->About? Do any of the Canada channels/apps like CTV or CBC Gem show up when you search?
Channel availability is tied to the region associated with your Roku account. If the account your Roku device is linked to isn't associated with Canada then the only way to fix it is to create a new Roku account and factory reset your Roku device.
I reinstalled my Roku model 3941X Roku express 4K. After doing that Crave appeared with my other streaming services and I just had to enter my userid and password for Crave. It now work just fine!
Option 2 worked, thank you. It is a newer device and reinstalling it solved the problem.
