The WTKR-news3 channel/app does seem to be having trouble launching/crashing.

Until resolved, you can try going to the website https://www.wtkr.com/live and casting it to your Roku, or load it up on a laptop and connect a HDMI cable to your TV and bypass your Roku device altogether.
Just note it is up to the channel developer to address issues with therr channel/app. May want to drop them a message at https://support.wtkr.com/support/home and submit a ticket.
Select the "Station Streaming Apps Technical Support Neeeded (Roku, FireTV, etc) option.
