I finally figured out how to screen cast from my android phone to my Roku 4K Express device (not hard really) Is there a way to have the video use the whole TV screen?  Currently shows a large picture of my phone content.

I think you may be "Screen Mirroring" rather than "Casting".  Similar, but a little different.

Look for something on your phone that "enlarges" the screen.  May be a big box icon or two diagonal arrows. (usually located near the video/media controls.)
