My live TV on Freevee app suddenly stopped. I get an error code that refers me to Amazon’s help page which is no help. Freevee app live TV works on my other smart TV as well as on my iPhone   All on same Wi-Fi network. I deleted the channel on Roku, restarted Roku, reinstalled channel, Freevee live TV still doesn’t work. All apps and routers etc are up to date.

I'm having the same exact problem. The VOD programs work just fine, but every live channel gives me the "4001" error. I've done everything. Including a little known key combo that clears cache on Roku devices. Hard reset the router (even though download speed is fine and everything) Checked for updates several times, turned off and unplugged the TV for several minutes. *Nothing.*

Same. VOD works fine for me as well. I’m at a loss as to why live programming does not work.
