We have a subscription active with First Baby TV and it has been working fine up until Yesterday. We see the icon and when we click on icon it is not launching. We tried a regular restart and a factory reset and nothing. We also tried unplugging the box and still nothing.
This has been brought up before. You need to reach out to the developer and have them update the channel.
I added the app First by Baby First TV, assuming that is the one to which you refer.
While I do not have a subscription, there are free videos available, and I'm able to launch them without issue. So, that brings up some questions.
Are you able to watch the free videos? They should be flagged as free. One is ABC Song | Let's Paint. Another is Hidden Objects. Do either play for you?
If not, 1) remove the app, 2) reboot the Roku, then 3) reinstall the app. All three steps in that order.
Launch and play the free ones before you log in. Does it now work? If so, log in and see if all the videos are playing.

Weird. Still experiencing the same behavior I did yesterday testing for the other user. One network, loads but does not play. Other network, no load, straight back to Home Screen.
Wondering if problem may be limited to some devices. I tested on a RokuTV and Ultra 4660.
Edited... Roku Express 4k+ also a no go for me.

Tried those steps you listed and the channel is still not launching at all. It goes back to the main page of roku. @DBDukes

I have tried all of the possible options from removing the app, factory reset, reboot, unplug and wait and re plug and still nothing. I have Roku Express + it was working fine a few days ago so not sure. Ive reached out to the actual Baby first customer service also so awaiting a response from them. It comes on but just goes back to the home page will not fully launch.
@Jennyp yes same with me. It keeps going back to roku homepage and not launching First by Babyfirst channel. This is so annoying
