We have the Roku Ultra 4800x box.

Getting this error after attempted login.

“Verification Failed

There were errors signing you in. Wait a moment the. Try again.”

The Apple ID is correct.

The password is correct.

We can watch AppleTV on our devices and smartTV, but not on ROKU. All other pay streaming channels work, as well.

I have deleted and re-installed the AppleTV app.

Other ideas?

The error message is generic and not helpful and should be rewritten, as well.

• Same issue with 4k Streaming stick 3820R and both Apple TV & music apps (Verification failed, and  Network). No problem with 2 other Roku devices in home, and previous Roku stick. All other apps wourk, and WiFi is excellent. Contacted both Apple and Roku support, performed every known solution numerous times to no avail. I'm going to return 3820R as Roku doesn't acknowledge it's a known issue.
