This is precisely why I prefer NOT to subscribe to any premium service through a third party like Roku, Amazon, Hulu, etc. This requires two different organizations to do things right and cooperate with one another. When problems arise, it often results in each organization pointing fingers at the other one, and nothing gets resolved.
In addition, subscribing through a third party often means you can access that service ONLY on the third party's platform. If you subscribe directly with the channel service on its own website, you can view the channel on any platform it supports: access on computer/phone/tablet via web browser, or on any streaming platform for which the channel has placed its app.
