Disney+ has taken over my TV

Jump to solution

My ROKU remote has started freezing about 2 weeks ago. I checked on my ROKU account and tried to find solutions. I've changed batteries & did multiple reset but the annoying Disney+ has taken over my TV and I can't watch my shows. I don't have Disney account, don't want it & not interested in it at all. Why is ROKU allowing it to take over my viewing experience?

Do you have a Disney+ button on your remote?  Is it stuck?  Try taking the batteries out of the remote (assuming it has removable batteries) and using the mobile app as a remote.  If the problem goes away, you'll know it's the remote.
