Directv app no picture just sound and closed captioning
My Directv app has sound and I can see the closed caption words, but I can not see the show at all, the screen is very dark except for the closed caption words. This is only a problem on the Directv app, all the other apps work perfectly.
For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
