My picture is so dark. I can hardly see on my favorite programs like Star Trek. I have a brand new TV. It is absolutely stunning and amazing on other channels, but the Roku channel I watch with Star Trek is absolutely miserable.
again, let me emphasize. I have a brand new amazing absolutely stunning TV that is adjusted perfectly. The problem is with the Ryukyu. Can you guys fix it from your end please?
I have read many other reports about a dark TV. I know it’s not only me.
