Channels & viewing

C-Span, C-Span2 and C-Span 3 usually have Live hearings. Why doesn't ROKU offer ANY channel or streaming of the Senate Committee hearings or Congressional Hearings as these are important news worthy events that take place daily! YouTube had a live feed I was subscribed to but the live hearings are no longer shown, why? I have no idea.

I for one WANT yo know what Congress is doing or not doing with American Taxpayer money!! These hearings are important to me and I'm sure there are other viewers that would like to view what it happening in government too.

Is there a channel or stream I can find these feeds on?

I believe currently you are limited to using DirectTV channel/app in order to watch the C-Span Live Channels if trying to stream.

Even the C-Span website won't allow you to view them without signing into a TV/cable provider. (cable companies fund the non-profit C-Span) https://www.c-span.org/networks/

Youtube, as you mentioned, has some recorded events. https://www.youtube.com/cspan

I think Hulu and YoutubeTV were trying to get them in their LiveTV packages as well, but not approved yet.  For some reason, the cable companies are not too keen to allow streaming services to carry more cable-exclusive content and give more reasons for people to ditch cable for streaming.
