I had cancelled Fox Nation several months ago. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I noted a automatic renewal charge for Fox Nation. Contacted Fox Nation and was informed that " it looks like it was made through an in-app purchase with the Roku App Store." Therefore I would need to cancel the subscription via Roku. Don't understand how this could have happened. Also appears that I should have received a renewal notice two days prior to renewal which I do not recall receiving.I have made changes to account which will hopefully stop future automatic renewals. My question is how do I go about cancelling a subscription I do not want as I have really lost interest in Fox altogether? Also how can I obtain at least a partial refund for the remaining period of the renewed subscription period?
@WildHare1, check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com . If you have more than one Roku device then it's possible you have more than one Roku account, so check the email address displayed on each device under Settings->System->About. As far as a refund, you'll have to try your luck with billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .
