Cancel Auto Renew on free months; what if too soon, lose extra free month?
That depends on the fine print for each channel. I've seen some where the free trial continues full term, and I've seen others where canceling while in the free period terminates it completely.
And it may get further complicated depending on whether your free trial is directly with the channel, or through a third party like Roku, Prime, etc.

Unfortunately, a lot of people have trouble with the support link. One thing to try that has worked for some is to use a private or incognito browser window.
