Can't launch some channels
I have the following device:
Roku Ultra, 4640X, serial #: YP0009664879, software version: 14.1
I cannot launch channels including: Hulu, Roku, YouTube, Max. They just take me back to the Home screen when I attempt to launch them. I can still launch these channels: Amazon Prime, FoxNews, Newsmax, Apple TV+.
I tried Roku software update, restart device, removing the problem apps (channels) then restarting device, adding channels back and launching. No luck. I even tried a hard power off.
Is there an ETA on a software fix?
I wasted about an hour with Roku support. I finally did a factory reset and that fixed my problem. Unfortunately, I had to go back through and configure all of my channels.
