Did you subscribe directly with Weather4Us, or did you subscribe through Roku?
If Weather4Us set a limit of two device registrations (as opposed to two simultaneous streams, independent of how many are registered), they probably keep a record of the MAC numbers of the registered devices. If so, that list is what would have to be updated.
Where and how did you "remove and forget" the Roku Ultra? Have you contacted Weather4Us to ask about how to transfer to a different unit? You can email them at support@weather4us.com.
