@Rockybao, you can't use a Roku device set up in Canada in the US and vice versa. You will have issues. If you travel back and forth, you need a US account and a Canada account and either two devices each linked to one of the two accounts or be willing to factory reset your Roku device each time you travel from one country to the other.
