Whenever I watch On Demand on the Spectrum app, the voices never match with the lips. I have to fast forward or Rewind in order for the lips to match with the voices. It'll fix it temporarily but then goes back to not syncing. I have clicked on the reset tv audio / picture settings, unplugged the tv cord into another outlet, disconnect and connected the wifi and I'm still having issues with the audio sync. This issue only happens on the Spectrum app for On Demand but not the other apps.
