After I log in, I get a "Two-Factor Authentication" screen that says 'A message with a verification code has been sent to your devices," but I never get the SMS text on my phone. I get such a text if I log in at appleid.apple.com. There are no other devices set up for 2FA. I tried switching from WiFi to my phone's hotspot, no change. Apple TV support said there's no problem on their end and told me to contact Roku.

This isn’t a Roku issue. Are you currently subscribed to Apple TV? If you are then all you do is take a picture of the QR code. I activated my Apple Music on my Roku by scanning the QR code. Same for Apple TV

It is a Roku issue, but the QR code worked since it sent me to an Apple web page. Thanks.
