Active Subscriptions are saying they are not active 9n my Roku Only

When I pay for a channel subscription through Google play (that's where my Subscriptions have always been purchased through) My roku won't recognize that the channel is already active and tells me to update my payment and will not let me use the apps on the TV. Last month I ended up paying for 2 of my Subscriptions twice to be able to watch them on anything but my TV and again for my TV. The only thing I have not tried is turning off auto renew because it says when I do that my Subscriptions are cancelled and I don't want to be screwed and not be able to watch the channel anywhere after just paying for this month 4days ago on a Google Play. Ridiculously frustrating that I have a 60inch TV to watch yet Im in my living room watching it on my phone because it Roku can't recognize that the payment was already made and subscription is already active. I shouldnt have to pay double because I want use my phone and TV. The apps (at least Hayu and Discovery plus) are apps that allow you to watch on multiple devices so I know the issue is Roku!!! I have had this TV for a year now, had the Subscriptions longer and this didn't seem to be an issue or start happening until a month or 2 ago so I'm assuming there was an update and it changed it?!?!  I have tried everything I can think of and it won't recognize them. I deleted the apps and reinstalled them and did a scan on my TV and did a master reset and nothing....please help!!

@Kaylinbowman

When you are trying to watch your subscriptions and "login" to the particular channel/app, are you using the same login credentials that you are using while watching on your phone?

Do not use your Roku credentials (email and password) just because you are on the RokuTV.  Use the same credentials that are allowing you to watch successfully on your phone.

For example, go to https://www.hayu.com/ and Sign-in there.  The same sign-in credentials you used on the website should be the same credentials you are using in the Hayu channel/app you have installed on your Roku.

You may need to just "log out" of these channels/apps that are not working and then sign in again with the correct credentials.
