A roku subscribed channel is asking me to log in(?)

When I click on a video to watch, the channel is asking me to log in or sign up. Does this mean my account was hacked and someone is trying to get my Roku login information? I don't have login credentials for the channel itself.

I checked to make sure I was up to date with payment for the channel. Everything seems in order.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What channel are you trying to access? Are you subscribed to this channel and if so, are you subscribed directly with the channel provider or through Roku Pay? If you are subscribed through Roku Pay, have you verified your account on your Roku account?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
