A person that I don't know has been subscribing to BET and I am getting billed for it.

I am able to see the person who is doing this by looking at manage subscription and I have cancelled it two times already.

@cold, go to your account at https://my.roku.com and scroll down to "My streaming devices & TVs".  Are there any you don't recognize or are there more listed there than you own?
