I cannot watch the free Fox News video show clips in their entirety. When I start to watch them, they stop after part of the show. I used to watch the complete show clip with no problem.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

No, it does not solve the issue.
I did what you said to do and it did not clear up the issue.

Same with us. For weeks now, we cannot watch the free highlight clips anymore. We've deleted the app and reinstalled just like Danny says but it does not fix the problem. For years, we have watched in this manner, now it doesn't work. Says "free trial is over" but have no idea what this means.
Roku needs to fix the app with Fox News.

Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Fox News channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

How come the Fox News show clips can be viewed in their entirety for free on other devices but not on Roku. This is a Roku matter, not Fox News.
I would also like to know. I've emailed Fox also, no answers, no resolution, just like with Roku.
