multiple ROKU, shared channels

I have two Rokus for two different tvs. I bought the Hallmark channel subscription. It’s only letting me log on with access on one tv. What do I do to sync them?

Did you subscribe through Roku?

Are both Rokus linked to the same account?  Ensure the email addresses that show up under Settings->About match.
