movie shutting off

when I am watching a movie or show it will get a few minutes in, shut off, and go back to the home screen. How do I fix that?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? What channel were you watching this content on? What movie title is this happening with?

Have you tried removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
