WTEN/ABC showing wrong program

Jump to solution

DATE:  Thursday September 17, 2020 -

issue: WTEN Channel 10 - ABC is playing the wrong program.  The news should be on, but a medical talk show - The Doctors - is being shown instead.   What is the reason for this?  How can this be corrected?  Neither Spectrum nor WTEN are responsible apparently.   Roku - this is all on you!

@GAC5400

Thanks for the inquiry.

As @makaiguy stated, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further about that channel's content and functionality. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny

Apparently somebody is feeding you a line of bull.  The Roku is no more responsible for what WTEN is sending through Spectrum than your TV is.
