I am unable to receive and play UK TV Play channel
It keeps saying I need a software update, however when I go into settings the Roku device says the software is updated.
What should I do?

As @david1974 mentioned, we would recommend try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

I had this issue but uninstalled the App and then re-downloaded it and then it worked, seems it doesn’t detect an update when try to update.
