Trying to download Disney+ but I'm required to enter a pin. I don't know the pin??

How do I rest my pin? It keeps wanting me to enter pin to get Disney+ but I don't know the pin or how to reset

You can log onto your account on my.roku.com, go to https://my.roku.com/account/pin, and set (or change) a PIN. You can also choose from several options as to what actions will require the entry of the PIN.
