Over the past month my Prime video which I have a free subscription has stopped working now when I login it asked me for the 30-day trial I work with Amazon they say my accounts fine I've called the support center for the TV itself and they have no suggestions for me anybody else having this problem where they have an account at all of a sudden just stopped working
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
