No Amazon Video app for TCL TV?

Cannot find the Amazon Video (or any app for Prime use) in the TV's streaming apps lineups, so cannot add this to watch my Prime account on the TCL TV 55R613.  How can I do this?!

PS tried to add in my account on Roku web site, but add button doesn't do anything.  Tried searching for the Amazon app on the TV, but there's no Search function.  Tried similar things suggested by TCL tech support and they didn't work either.

Where are you located?

Channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.
