Netflix won't download, but Amazon Prime and HBO Now work fine

Netflix homepage loads, I can pick a movie, then when I hit play red download bar starts and then kicks back to title page.  Netflix says it's a Roku issue.  Have tried restarting Roku multiple times.  Have signed out and back in to Netflix, just can't get Netflix to download/stream.  It's an old Roku device, anyone else have that problem?

When you tried this?

Remove Netflix channel (Highlight Netflix on home screen), press * key, click Remove channel.

Restart Roku (Settings > System > Restart system to be sure it is completely cleared from Roku's memory.

Find Netflix in Streaming Channels and reinstall it.

You will then need to re-authenticate with the email and password used for your exiting Netflix account.
