Menu on ROKU Tv and standard Roku are not the same

I have a Roku TV and on other TV I have a standard Roku.  Each on has a different Menu.  The Roku TV has a better Menu

The only differences between the two menus is that the TV has selections for broadcast (OTA) TV and the available inputs the TV has. Since a Roku player does not have a TV tuner nor input connections, there's no benefit to having such options. Everything else on the home screen is identical between a TV and a player. 

Now if you are referring to the channel layout itself, your Roku account will add or remove channels from all devices if added/removed from one. But the channel layout on the screen is independent on each device. You can hit the * button while on a channel tile, select Move, and then move the channel where desired on the home screen.

But again, there is no other differences on the home page. If you are referring to the Settings menu, the player and the TV will again differ only with functions that are applicable to that particular device. For example, the TV has no display adjustment,, while the player has no Input settings.
