I just bought the Roku, set it up and it works fine. I have Prime Video from Amazon, however, when I go to use it through the Roku it wants to charge me. When I use it on my desktop or directly thorough the TV it works fine. NO CHARGES.
Why am I getting charged to use Prime through the Roku?
