Is it not possible to contact a Roku customer service agent? I use the HIDIVE anime channel but now find that it sometimes skips ahead causing portions of dialog to be missed. The only way to get the missing dialog is to get completely out of the episode and go back in and then fast forward to where it was. This is difficult considering that the skipping can occur several times in an episode. I would be happy to know of anything I should do on my end to fix this. I was trying to find a way to report this directly to customer service but there appears to be no way to do this which is in itself a concern. I would appreciate any suggestions.
