Try to add Hallmark Movies Now app. Was able to add from Roku channel store and Hallmark Movies Now channel shows in the list of channels. But when selecting the Hallmark Movies Now channel the Hallmark logo displays and stops there. No screen to login, register, play any movies....just a stuck screen with the Hallmark logo. None of the Roku buttons help. The only button that works is the home button.
Things I have tried:
- removed the channel and added it again - no luck
- restarted the Roku Premiere device and installed the channel again - no luck
If you have removed the channel, restarted the device, and added the channel back again and are still unable to resolve the issue.
I'd recommend reaching out to Hallmark Movies Now directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Hallmark Movies Now channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
