I have a subscription to HBO through ROKU. I have 4 different ROKU devices. We have always been able to watch HBO on all 4 ROKUs until now. 3 of the devices are asking me to subscribe even though I already have a subscription. 1 of the devices is playing HBO like it should. Anybody else had a similar issue, and how did you resolve it?
On the device that you are experiencing this issue, try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

I have a similar problem but with Showtime & Epix. I used your suggestion you offered to the HBO inquiry, It worked on one additional tv, but didn't work on a third tv??? Are there any other remedies to try?
Please be aware that the channel provider may have a limitation to how many devices can be authenticated with the same account information at a given time. You may need to inquiry with the channel provider to see for more information.
