Hi I've been trying to find HBO Max on my Roku 3 box with no luck, ive even tried to find it on here and can't, could someone help please

Where are you located?  HBO has not yet made this available outside the US.

I wouldn't worry about finding the app as it doesn't work.  Go read the thread on all the problems trying to launch it. Just doesn't work.

Will HBO Max come to other countries?

Eventually, yes. WarnerMedia announced that HBO Max will come to Latin America and parts of Europe where HBO networks already operate in the second half of 2021. This currently includes Hungary, Poland and Romania.

The UK unfortunately doesn’t fall under that umbrella as HBO shows are broadcast via Sky, so it’s likely that Britain may have to wait a little longer than some other European countries for the actual HBO Max streaming platform.

However, that doesn’t mean that HBO Max content won’t be syndicated through other third party TV providers
