Fixing set up error for cable tv with Spectrum Channel

When setting up my new Roku, I accidentally put in that I didn't have cable tv. Now when I try to add the Spectrum app it only gives me the option to buy the service, and there is no option to log into my current account. Is there a way to go back and fix this?

Can you clarify the issue you are experiencing? Are you having an issue adding the channel or are you experiencing the issue once you already have the channel and need assistance logging in?

Once you've added channel, there will be an option to create a Spectrum account or you can log in with your current Spectrum account.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Spectrum support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
