After paying a couple bucks for Fireplace.tv ,it would not load. F.Y.I. don't bother trying it.

I'd recommend reaching out to Fireplace.tv support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

TOO LATE! I PURCHASED THE FIREPLACE TV AND THEY CHARGED MY ROKU ACCOUNT BEFORE I EVEN REALIZED THE CHANNEL IS BROKEN! IT WILL NOT LOAD AND MY SCREEN FLASHES VERY FAST!
I TRIED TO CANCEL THE CHANNEL BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET CREDIT FOR THE $2 MONTHLY CHARGE.
SUPPORT ....IF YOU ARE LISTENING PLEASE ADVISE. I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE FIREPLACE TV!
