ESPN / ESPN+ through provider, can no longer recognizes subscription

I have ESPN with ESPN+ through provider, Spectrum, purchased in July, active for one year. worked fine on Roku for months. Tried connecting on a computer today via ESPN+, didn't work, and now will not work on Roku anymore. Does not recognize my subscription for ESPN. Keeps asking me to sign up. I have tried the activation thing a million times,  through service provider, says activated, but still doesn't work.

Disregard. Got it working on the Roku again.

you have to create an ESPN account and then it will recognize your subscription/unit
