Disney + not loading graphics?

I just got a Roku Express earlier this week and I'm loving it. For some reason though, the Disney + app has stopped showing graphics as of a couple days ago. I tried deleting/reinstalling to no avail. When I open the app, it lists the sections like "Disney", "Marvel", "Star Wars" and they used to have pictures, but now it's just text. When you click into one of those sections, the movies would also have graphics, but not it just says the title like "Iron Man". Any fix or known issue for this? I tried Netflix and Prime Video to see if it was universal, but those apps are displaying images just fine.

Thanks for the post.

Make sure when you remote the channel, that you restart the device before adding the channel back again.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Disney+ channel support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Disney+ channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
