I'd recommend trying a different internet browser or visiting the URL on a different network connection to see if you observe the same error message. If so, you'll want to reach out to Fox News support directly to report the problem with their authentication page, and ask for additional help. They maintain the authentication mechanisms for their channel, and will be able to help resolve that type of issue.
