We watched the first two seasons, but the third season, while on the menu won't play.  Even the first two seasons were a little quirky, because we had to go to the last episode we watched, and fast forward almost to the end, and then let it go on to the next episode automatically.  Simply choosing a new episode didn't do anything.  Any suggestions?
