Cbs all access can’t sign in

Hi i went to watch cbs all access. Been using app for awhile now. But today it forced me to sign in but when i do it says uername is in valid. Can find. How can this be? I can log in on my computer to cbs all access. I’m registered in canada for roku and cbs is the canada site. How come suddenly it’s not working? How to fix this issue? Help.

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue is still not resolved, you'll want to contact CBS All Access support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
