Every time I attempt to open Netflix, my Roku freezes/restarts. I have checked my internet connection, updates, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted, and have ensured my Netflix and Roku accounts are all up to date with payments. Everything checks out and I am still having issues. At first it wouldn't let me even open the app. Now it let's me open and select the viewer but then goes to a black screen and eventually restarts. Please help.
